What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer that time slot to another client who may be waiting. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
If you miss your scheduled appointment without notifying us, it will be considered a no show. Unfortunately, this may incur a cancellation in fairness to other clients waiting for appointments. We recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible if you find yourself unable to attend.
